All orders are subject to acceptance by Nouri Agro. Payment terms are specified in the proforma invoice. Title and risk pass to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Nouri Agro is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nouri Agro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tehran, Iran.
